If SMS notifications are enabled, messages are transactional and related to lead/booking activity (not marketing).

- Opt-In: Business owners opt in during onboarding by providing a phone number and enabling SMS notifications.

Note: End customers who schedule through a third-party calendar provider (e.g., Calendly) are subject to that provider’s data collection policies and terms.

We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate the system, such as:

- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Analytics providers (where enabled)
